Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and InviteWorth ("InviteWorth"). By using InviteWorth you agree to them.

What InviteWorth does

InviteWorth lets a host list gift ideas and lets guests save one so nobody buys the same thing. InviteWorth is free for hosts and guests.

We are not the store

• We don't sell, ship or deliver anything. Purchases happen on the store's website, under the store's terms, prices, delivery and return rules.
• Any prices shown are the host's estimates. The real price, tax and shipping are shown by the store at checkout.
• We may earn a small fee from some stores when you buy through our links. It costs you nothing extra.

Your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older to use InviteWorth.
• Hosts: share the invite link only with people you invite, keep your private host link to yourself, and add only gift links you trust. If you lose your host link we can't recover it.
• Don't use InviteWorth for anything illegal, harmful, misleading or spam, and don't try to break or overload it.
• Saving a gift is a friendly promise, not a contract. Please cancel it if you change your mind so someone else can choose it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add (event details, gift lists). You let us store and show it only to run InviteWorth. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

No guarantees

InviteWorth is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that a gift will arrive on time. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to $50.

Ending use

You can stop using InviteWorth any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA. Questions: hello@inviteworth.com.
